Book II: Parlainth, The Forgotten City

This is a color, cardboard jewel case with two flaps: a front flap that opens to the left, and a right flap that opens to the right. The right flap folds in first, with the left flap folding over the right flap.

When completely open, it appears as a three-page fold-out: the left side (inner, opposite side of the front cover of the CD album), with some lore of Parlainth displayed on it, the middle section holding the CD, and the right side with the production, recording, etc., credits.

The image under the clear plastic CD holder is a picture of Parlainth. When the right side is folded shut, the resulting side facing up has a picture of the six band members.

The front of the folded-up cardboard jewel case displays the album's artwork with the band name and album title.

The back of the folded-up cardboard jewel case has a list of the tracks/songs, with a logo and contact information for MetalFortressEntertainment in the top right, and the EAN barcode is in the bottom right.
