This release appears to have a paper sleeve around a jewel case. The font used makes the characters 瘋/風 in track 1/12 look like the simplified variants 疯/风, but this is a matter of style, not mixed simplified/traditional Chinese. On the paper sleeve the duration of track 7 is 2:36 while it is 2:26 on the jewel case. The former is the correct duration.
